just i wanna look over the world with unclouded eyes

Nothing would be created by Criticism.

I believe the hope　makes a breakthrough in any difficult and hard

situation. But it's easy to make a complain or criticize a company,

people,  situation, or something.

those who criticize everything happened around them may misunderstand

that they are right and situation should be changed...

People(including me) sometimes use criticism to look away from

our mistakes and veil a lack of our ability to do better job.

.....anyway, the more we can look on the bright side of life,

the more likely our life (of course our job too) can be fun.
